It takes more than a educational qualification and your Ps & Qs to survive out there. You need cunning, wit, determination, a few handy-dandy swear words, booming voice, a strong alliance with the management and volia! you're pretty safe
You may question, prod, probe, fault people without reasons, throw hussy fits and string of french words to accompany the whole show- loving the attention (and disgusted looks thrown your way). *applause
