Its been 12 days since my last update. My apologies to faithful readers *coughs.
To date I have....
-broken 0 cups and plates at Sizzler.
-Made 5 new friends: Joy, Eileen, Miko, Zhi Quan & Wei Jie! a fun-loving bunch~ hooray we did it! the NATAS fair is over:)
-Celebrated my favourite person's birthday! a big surprise too!
Yushaa & I scoured the gardens along Upp Paya Lebar road in vain for Venus fly trap, then proceeded to get lost amongst ang mo kio's industrial estates looking for Sheng Siong. On the big day, amidst all the bustle and buying of last-minute items managed to arrange for the birthday boy to arrive at the exact moment! It was a success, everyone got plenty to eat, drink and chat. Good music. Good crowd. and a delighted little birthday boy:D

a 2-week year old Cockatoo! It looks kinda scruffy dirty-yellow, smells of musty hamster and screeches so I'm not really big fan at the moment.The little bird looks nothing like the beautiful white older cockatoos, but give it a few years to mature and who knows it may just be like another ugly-duckling "happily ever after" tale...

I must say the past few weeks have flown by in a rush.

I thank god for my results. Which pleased my mum more importantly and brought me a teeny bit of personal satisfaction. Can't say I'm looking forward to more sleepless nights and projects in year 3. But, bring it on anyway! Its what we've been slowly trained to do the past two years.
Working at Star Vacations is interesting thus far. I'm understanding how a travel agency operates and what all the travel packages say on those brochure handouts. haha. The NATAs fair 2 weeks from now at the Suntec COnvention Centre will be a chance to really work on the sales aspect. Though I've never really explored that area, its really much more demanding I think. I'm torn between dreading and looking forward to a different kind to experience. gosh. I hope I don't end up in all the worst-case desperate senarios. *crosses fingers
