It's been a learning process working at Sizzler, it's the closest I've ever worked that resembles some sort of finer dining experience. Must say, it's nerve wrecking too, half the time I'm worried about dropping plates and trays of glasses(which have already happened twice, call me a Klutz!), especially on or near the customer. The floor gets kinda slippery near the entrance to the kitchen and it's quite a feat to balance sometimes. Talk about blunders! I like the fact that we have to wear formal clothes too! haha! Like dressing up. :)
Hip hop classes are getting more and more challenging. The cheography gets cooler and more interesting each time... absolutely love it! That means, I too have to work doubly hard.
