Banquet..sounds like a nice job...

Last night, was my first day on the job as a banquet waitress at Hotel Rendevous, so it seemed it initially like a pretty easy job, but after last night I realise it's alot of arm power and skill(cutting fish, dividing noodles into portions and scooping soups in fastest and neatest manner) It's alot of skills. It was a pretty eye-opening and humbling experience. It's a whole different serving instead of being served and how much details and behind the scenes happenings that happen before the actual chinese dinner. You can't imagine....
